Lance Blocker

My passion is helping individuals become strong and confident so they can live their best lives.

My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training.I will establish long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life. Lance believes that along with exercise, holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.

Lance believes that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, so he prides himself on making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective!

Having grown up in an environment where health and wellness was a priority, he vows to spread his passion for a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible to help make the world a happier, healthier place. “A One Hour Workout Is Only 4% Of Your Day.”


Trainer Keli Claybrooks

As a Trainer, my dedication is to all people with exercise and health goals. While those individuals become more accountable, I will provide the skills to achieve one’s body goals within a fun environment.

In my past I was always on the thin side, as I got older, the weight increased. I became an uncomfortable size for myself and begin working out with a trainer. I lost the weight but wanted to gain muscle. So I joined an independent gym and started lifting with others. During my journey I became addicted to my results, which created my motivation to keep going. It wasn’t until I was told repeatedly of how I motivated others did the thoughts of becoming a trainer popped in my head. Here I am, one year and a half later, ready and excited to help others achieve the same goals.

I am just like you! All of us have challenges and struggles, some greater than others. We have all contemplated becoming a better, healthier version of ourselves. I want to help everyone that desires to overcome their fears and achieve their goals. So let’s get “CERIOUSLY FIT” together!!
